CURVABLE WEIGHING SYSTEMS

A certified scale is a form of authority-approved guarantee that the scale weighs correctly.

IMMOBILIZER

For those who want to secure both machine and material. Each driver receives a personal code that is entered into the scale to be able to use the machine, all lifting done is registered on each driver. A log of everything that has happened is easily managed on Lundaserver 2.0.

GPS TRACKING

Through GPS tracking, you can easily track a specific load from the office. When the operator performs a lift, location information is logged and automatically sent to Lundaserver 2.0. The loading is shown in a satellite image where you can see in which zone each lift is registered.

PRINTER IN THE CABIN

The scale sheet contains information about bucket weight, total weight, date and time as well as a fixed text that is pre-programmed with e.g. company name, material, customer, workplace or car number, etc.

Features and working principles of wheel loader scales

The wheel loader scales are equipped with sensors that are mounted on the wheel loader and are designed to accurately sense the weight of the load being lifted. These sensors capture the weight of the load in real time and transmit the data to a display unit in the cab, allowing the operator to quickly and accurately monitor the weight of the material being lifted or moved.

It is easy and convenient to link information to specific loading, which is used as a basis for invoicing. This information can be retrieved manually from our weighing server Lundaserver 2.0 or sent automatically to the desired business system through API connection or manual handling.
