Certified scale

What is meant by the scale being certified?

Both the Lundaman P2 and Classic are two wheel loader scales that can be crowned. A crowned scale is a form of government-approved guarantee that the scale weighs correctly. For a crowned wheel loader scale, it is not enough to simply weigh the material in the bucket. The scale must be set to detect if the machine is moving, tilting, etc.

Being certified means that the scale has been tested in different temperatures, humidity, electromagnetic disturbances and frequent use to ensure that it fulfils the requirements of the international recommendation OIML R51.
