In the unfortunate event that your instrument goes missing, you should be able to get back up and running with minimal downtime. Contact us directly at 046-291560 or info@lundaman.se and we will help you secure your operations and documentation. 

Fast help and compensation 

  • Free loaner instruments in case of failure or quick replacement instruments in case of theft so you can continue working. 
  • For P2 with server connection, all settings are backed up, allowing us to prepare a replacement scale that is ready to run already upon delivery. 
  • We guide you by phone or via TeamViewer for quick start-up and verification. 

What to do immediately in case of theft 

  1. Call us on tel:046–291560 and report the incident. 
  1. Secure subscriptions and connectivity if the device has SIM or other communication. 
  1. File a police report and inform the insurance company. 
  1. Collect information on machine, instrument model, serial number and when the event occurred. 

What we need to send the right compensation 

  • Instrument and scale model and version in display if you have it. 
  • Latest backup or server connection for those of you who use P2. 
  • Delivery address and any financial references. 
  • On-site contact person for smooth delivery and start-up. 

Delivery and start-up 

  • We match the right instruments and pre-configures for your saved settings when the server connection is available. 
  • Fast delivery from stock, often sent out the same day. 
  • If necessary, we will book local service technician which helps with assembly, verification and documentation on site.
