Fast help and compensation
- Free loaner instruments in case of failure or quick replacement instruments in case of theft so you can continue working.
- For P2 with server connection, all settings are backed up, allowing us to prepare a replacement scale that is ready to run already upon delivery.
- We guide you by phone or via TeamViewer for quick start-up and verification.
What to do immediately in case of theft
- Call us on tel:046–291560 and report the incident.
- Secure subscriptions and connectivity if the device has SIM or other communication.
- File a police report and inform the insurance company.
- Collect information on machine, instrument model, serial number and when the event occurred.
What we need to send the right compensation
- Instrument and scale model and version in display if you have it.
- Latest backup or server connection for those of you who use P2.
- Delivery address and any financial references.
- On-site contact person for smooth delivery and start-up.
Delivery and start-up
