Yes. With Lundaman P2 you can create and use multiple register that distinguishes materials in operation. The system is customised to your business so that each weighing is linked to the right material response, customer, order, reg.no and other data records. The result is traceability in receipts, reports and export to finance or ERP.
How material registers work in P2
- Materials are created in a register with name and possibly material code.
- When weighing, the operator selects material in the display. The selected item follows the entire load to the receipt and report.
- P2 can simultaneously manage other records such as customer, reg. no., order, location, operator and your other desired records.
Quick start: get started in minutes
- Open Menu in P2
- Go to Data poster and select material
- Creating records: name, code and other fields you need
- Enable the registers to be selectable in operation
Tip: Name the material clearly, for example Gravel 0-18, Rock Crusher 32-63 - you can also enter the material ID as an extra field. This makes it easier for both machine operators and the economy.
Printing, reports and exports
- Receipt shows your records, time and weight, among other things.
- Reports can be summarised in several ways, including by material, customer or vehicle.
- Exports from Lundaserver to finance or ERP. We help you choose the format and layout.
Common ways of working
- Various lists for each workplace.
- Seasonal lists when the range changes.
- Customer specific material codes when economy requires linking to trade mark registers.
Correction in case of wrong choice
Did you choose the wrong material in a batch made with P2
- Go to Edit transaction file
- Open current loading
- Please select Edit and change material response
- Save and print a new receipt if needed
With server-connected P2, the change is synchronised to the system and reflected in reports.
