Did you accidentally select the wrong data record during a loading in Lundaman P2? You can easily correct the data directly in the scale's menu. For example, you can change the customer, registration number and material type for an already registered loading.
Quick guide in P2
- Open Menu in the display
- Go to Edit transfile
- Select current loading
- Select Edit
- Change the relevant data record, for example:
- Customer
- Reg. no.
- Materialsor
- Other optional fields according to your configuration
- Save and confirm
If you use a printer, you can select Print receipt again after the update if you need a correct receipt.
Good to know
- Traceability. The system logs when the change is made to ensure auditing. On Lundaserver you can see according to the colour scheme whether the change is made on the server or out in the scale.
- Server connection. If you have P2 with a server connection, the change is synchronised to the server and displayed in reports and exports.
- Export and reports. If the item has already been exported, you may need to make a new export or update the receiving system.
Troubleshooting when editing
- If you cannot find the loading. Use the search function under edit transfile or filter by the desired register such as date, customer, material.
- Wrong printer receipt. Delete incorrect data directly in the scale display or on the server and print a new one after the correction.
Tips to avoid errors ahead
- Check records before starting weighing. The customer data can also be added/edited after loading is completed before selecting save/print.
- Use clear names for data records in P2 to reduce the risk of misselection.
- The Previous Loading feature allows you to quickly select previously selected customer details for returning customers for faster processing.
