Replacement - general steps (field replacement)
- Dismantle the sensor: Disconnect the attachment/connections from the Y-cable.
- Installing a new sensor: Tighten according to our instructions.
- Start up: Check the raw values.
- Verify/calibrate: Zero, checkweigh and, if necessary, recalibrate (with a known reference weight or against a weighbridge).
Time required: Field replacement including calibration for a bucket is often completed within 30-45 minutes, assuming good access.
