Lundaman Instrument protects your personal privacy. We therefore strive to always protect your personal data in the best possible way and comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding data protection and the protection of individuals' privacy. This policy applies to all information collected by Lundaman about you as a customer, user or interested party.

What personal data do we process?

We do not process any sensitive personal data about you. The personal data that we process about you is the data that you have provided to us or that we collect from a third party (such as a manager, supervisor or colleague). Personal data that you have provided to us can be, for example, your name and your contact and address details.

For what purposes do we process your personal data?

All collection and processing of personal data takes place for the purpose of administering and fulfilling our commitments to you, improving our offers and services and complying with applicable legislation and authority decisions. How long do we store your personal data?

Personal data that we process for the purpose of administering sales or to otherwise fulfill our obligations that we have towards you according to agreements are not saved for a longer period of time than is necessary for us to be able to administer sales or otherwise fulfill our agreement.

For accounting purposes, in accordance with current accounting legislation, we save information about our agreement with you for seven years.

In accordance with current legislation, we have the right to store your contact details for direct marketing for a period of time after your purchase or our agreement has expired. Depending on what the agreement relates to, this time varies. We may therefore store your contact details in order to send you direct marketing for as long as we are entitled to do so under applicable data protection legislation, marketing laws and practices.

Your rights

Transfer to third countries

Lundaman Instrument does not transfer personal data to countries outside the EU. Any cloud storage of personal data takes place in accordance with the GDPR.
